We appreciate
your compliance with these policies:
1. We will no longer accept credit cards to confirm reservations.
Full payment by check within 7 working days will be required to confirm
all reservations. A credit card number will be required to hold the
reservation until payment is received. Returned checks are subject to a
$25.00 NSF fee.
2. Cancellation is required no less than 14 days prior to the
scheduled arrival date. Refunds will be issued if cancellation is
received 14 or more days in advance (less a $25.00 administration fee).
Refunds will not be issued for any reason if cancellation occurs within
14 days of arrival.
Please note: The Blue
Heron Inn is not responsible for unused rooms due to late or cancelled
airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other
travel-related mishaps beyond our control.
3. No refunds will be issued for early departures under any
circumstances.
4. Reservations guaranteed with a gift certificate are subject to
the same rules outlined above. Cancellation within 14 days prior to
arrival will render the gift certificate invalid for future redemption.
Any balance due, above and beyond the gift certificate, will be required
by check prior to confirmation.
5. Reservations made within 14 of arrivals are considered
non-cancelable & payment in full is required. Cancellation will result
in loss of payment; similarly, no refunds will be issued for early
departures.
6. Same-day reservations are considered non-cancelable
& require a credit card to guarantee arrival. Payment will be processed
at the time of reservation & no refunds will be issued for non-arrival.
7. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone
conservation with the Innkeepers; answering machine and e-mail messages
are not acceptable. A cancellation number will be assigned to all
cancellations received in compliance with our cancellation policy.
